One year ago the churches in Edmonton began specific prayer to push back crime in the city of Edmonton by holding one prayer gathering in each quadrant of the city. The increase in serious crimes including murders stirred the Christian community to action.

Following the four prayer gatherings Clay and Sabrina Padgett of Griffin Georgia were invited to speak to the church and civic authorities. Griffin has had a major reduction in crime since the churches have joined the city officials in praying and caring for their neighborhoods. This has led us to begin a focused initiative to take back our city and make it not only a safe place to live, but also a place where people can find peace and answers for their deepest spiritual needs.
